I wound up at DDD's after my car overheated on the highway. They were able to work on my car right away and gave me a very fair price. The office manager, Liz, was incredibly kind and helpful.
We were travelling through WV and had trouble with our van. They were about to close but they were willing to stay open late to help us. Very friendly, diagnosed our problem accurately, got it repaired quickly, AND treated us fairly with the price. We are very satisfied and grateful for their employees who helped get us back on the road.
We ended up at DDD's after our wheel bearing went out driving home from Florida. We live in Indiana and it was pure luck that we came across this place. The people here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They were able to get us in right away and they had our truck fixed in no time. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.
This is the place you want to visit when you need a car mechanic. They absolutely gave me the very best service I'd ever received anywhere. I was headed back home to Florida after visiting family in Ohio during hurricane Irma when I unfortunately had some engine trouble develope in the mountains of WV. Stressful! They handled it all and had me back on the road with-in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend them.
I had an emergency situation, my break line was busted and I couldn't go far. I went to the new location on the corner of Thorn street. I live out of town in Clarksburg and needed to get back. I got there right as they were closing and they stayed until the problem was fixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and even offered to take us somewhere if we needed. They had the best customer service I've ever received. Pricing was fair and the job was done quickly and professionally. I had no cash at the time and they were able to take a card over the phone. Highly recommend this be your first option when you need work done.
