I wish we had an email system where taxpayers could access these records. It would be much cheaper, faster and more efficient.
It is now Friday, and their office is closed. If they send this fax Monday, I will not pay for it.
I asked for a fax and was told to send a fax to request the information I needed. Fair enough. I explained to the lady that I was working from home that day because my daughter had a mild bug and that I could run to the office long enough to do the fax. I took my daughter up the office and sent a request. A half hour later, nothing. I called again and was told to re-send the fax on company letterhead. I explained, again, that my daughter had a bug, that I was waiting for the fax, and asked could they please send the information I needed right away so that I could get back to the house. I did that, and I waited. And waited. And waited. And I'm still waiting.
I wish I could give them zero stars. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
