Great family Dr whole family have been going to them for 7 years they are super good with my youngest daughter and they will sometimes call to check up on the kiddos
Terrible front desk service. Very difficult to interact with. Front desk staff was rude on the phone when asking simple clarifying questions. Just as rude in person, no consideration for privacy whatsoever. Was told the wrong information about making appointments and hours available for walk-ins. Then when arrived at the office, she told me something completely different. Would suggest going anywhere else!
Been going there for years,hours are great for working people. Main reason I go is all the Dr's are very understanding they listen and don't rush you in and out like cattle.
I had called the office after the hospital told me to call to get my mentally handicapped brother in law in to see someone. I was talked rude and hateful to. There is no need in being rude to people that are seeking help. Common courtesy will go a long way. Keep that in mind the next person that calls for help.
