Bought a couch from the store in Wise Virginia and within seven months the entire frame broke. My daughter's boyfriend got stabbed by a piece of wood sticking out. Very poorly made sofa!! I have emailed the company twice and no response. I called the store where I purchased the couch and they said that I bought it "as is". Howevet, the lady I talked to said she would speak to her manager. She called me back and said they will send someone out to look at it. I really hope they fix it because the sofa has not been abused in any way.

The delivery guys were extremely nice and professional. They were very careful not to damage our walls when moving the furniture up our narrow staircase. Great service all around!

She was able to help us furnish our entire 3 bedroom house and offered assistance with design choices when we were having a hard time making a decision.
