Illegal, threatening, denial of rights with no legal basis, concealing and destroying evidence, not allowing people to speak, implications but NO evidence, giving out personal information about a case, does whatever Rebecca Jennings DHHR says although she contradicted herself and made outrageous claims, assistants, court reporters who lie on legal documents, allow the continuous kidnapping, hostage and severe abuse of a nursing home patient who cannot walk. allowed heinous lies, knowing beforehand they were lies, allowing people obviously on drugs, laughing hysterically to state lies, contradict themselves and did not fine them with contempt. DID not allow any truths to be told. DIDN'T allow abused patient or family to speak, only the known abusers. Did not investigate heinous crimes. Did not turn evidence over to prosecuting attorney as the court did not allow actual evidence to be submitted.Allowed private information to be given to others. Obviously not informed of laws regarding nursing home patients, as required by law. Judge not even in courtroom as required by law. Allowing patients income to be given to abusive nursing home which kidnapped patient and they had no one's authority to treat patient and still do not. I have to give 1 star to post. They should have to pay for their heinous crimes. Maybe not in this life, but they most certainly will on judgement day.
Nice staff but terrible phone availability. Understaffed and antiquated. Very behind the times. Parking is is so terrible it would almost be funny if it werent for the fact you get tickets. Would make a lovely museum though.
