Owner knows absolutely nothing about repairs! No money is put into the place. Heard negative reviews from locals about the place and would have to say they are correct, except I was lucky to not see the roaches locals said they had. The price was good for the size of the room, and the lady that cleans was really nice and helpful (more than I can say for the owner who did not understand or speak very good English). Our room had a micro/fridge but no hairdryer or iron/ironing board. There was a piece missing from the sink drain so the water flooded out of the bottom everytime the sink was used. Next time we will be finding another place to stay while in town visiting. Hopefully they get someone to run this place that knows what they are doing. This is a great little town and there is so much potential in the Budget Inn if it were in the right hands!

Room smelled. Needs an upgrade or renovation for the price. Queen size beds are only full size. Not cleaned good
Ruff little motel. Alot of local traffic. Drug activity!
