I absolutely love the staff and vets there. Michelle and Josette are absolutely wonderful and there staff if awesome. They are wonderful with my babies and I wouldn't trust them with anyone else!
I wanted to use them because I could board, groom and get my dogs shots all in one place. I have a friend who had her dog groomed there and they cut her nail too short and caused a lot of bleeding. She had tried several times to board him there but they always said they were booked. I called in June for boarding for my dog the end of September. I was told I had to be "approved" I was called this morning and told they didn't have any openings in September . WHY didn't they tell me that in the beginning instead of saying I had to be "approved" ??? I know their boarding space is limited but come on, three months notice and still no room???? I'm beginning to think it's a racial thing. But they

Took my cat to VetER at 4am in Christainsburg. They were awesome. My own vet at Happy Tails would not even take the time to check him out after ER said to come there on the way home. I have a payment account and they had all the info as well. They wouldnt see him because i had not recieved my card in the mail, 7 to10 day wait. Tosha, receptionist, said sorry. So i almost went nuts, two people in there left when she told me hope he doesnt die before I get my card. They forgot how much business i have sent to them and have done with them. Sorry i didnt have $300 in cash for you.
