I wouldn't go anywhere else! She does a great job and my dog loves her!
Charlene is the best and my dogs absolutely love her. They are eager to go in when i take them there!
Called to make sure groomer could cut my dog's hair (not fur) and Charlene told me she would do whatever I wanted. When I got there Charlene said she was going to SHAVE my dog. I reminded her of our conversation and she said she had never spoken to me that it was her daughter who works there had lied and said she was Charlene. Charlene then told me it didn't matter what the pet owner wanted that she would do what ever the he@* she wanted to do. Plus it is in a very bad part of town. I felt like I needed to be carrying something to protect myself. Wouldn't recommend this place and definitely not Charlene!
