Darrell was the best and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. We are from NC and were on the way to a funeral when we got a flat tire. Called AAA and they hooked us up with Darrell. Had some issues with our spare and Darrell went the extra mile to help us get back on our way in the shortest amount of time. Whether or not you're using AAA I would highly recommend Darrell and Mountain State Towing.
We had one of our company trucks break down on a Friday evening. Being from out of sate I had no idea who I could call for assistance. I called Mountain State Towing based on the reviews posted on Google. Darrel answered right away and told me he would be able to go right away. It was determined that the truck needed to be repaired by a mechanic. He offered to take my driver to get a motel and tow the truck to the closest dealership. I highly recommend this business.
